Unarmed Tactics 2014

All of the secondary 2 cadets went for the Unarmed Tactics course held at HTA. Indeed, it was a tiring day. We spent almost the entire day attending the Unarmed Tactics course. We learnt more about the types and moves of self-defense. Despite the fact that the course was so tiring, we still felt really happy. Not just that, the instructors were also very fun and caring. They gave us several breaks in between the course and checked on us by asking us if we are feeling well. There are also demonstrations by our trainers and we got to practice the new moves learnt on that day.
