Unarmed Tactic Course

 On 5 February 2018 , Queensway Npcc Sec two cadets went for the Unarmed Tactic course at Home Team Academy. Although it was exhausting throughout the course as it was held after school but we managed to learn new moves and get exposed to self defence.The instructors were also outgoing and caring , constantly motivating us during the training and ensure that we were given enough rest. To conclude, we have a lot of fun during this course after participating actively and learn new skills that we were able to apply in our daily lives.
