VIA 2017

QSS NPCC unit had always liaise with Lionsbefriender at Meiling street for our VIA. For our VIA, we collected newspapers from the residents and the proceeds will be donated back to the Lionsbefriender. Through this VIA, our cadets get to learn how to help the needy even without any monetary involvement.
